He is tall with black/grey hair and a hint of a mustache. He wears glasses and his eyes often appear closed.
Personality and Interests[]
Noda appears to be somewhat of a pervert after his behavior in certain situations. He shows great interest in Futaba Marui's drawing of a pair of boobs, allegedly for it's artistic quality, and he shows up when there is a contest for which girl in 6-3 has the cutest picture, saying that he was "somehow drawn here".
